How to play

Around the centre
Build Turkish words of 4–8 letters using only the board. Every word must include the centre letter. Letters can be reused.

Words and points
4 letters earn 1 point; 5–8 letters earn their length. A pangram using all seven letters earns +7. Extra words then earn ×1.5.

Words are Turkish. I/ı and İ/i are different letters. Words are checked against kenet-pool-v2, the dictionary pool also used by Harfiyen and Align.

What is Pivot?
Pivot is a Turkish word game with seven different letters and one required centre letter. Letters may be reused. The first release accepts words of 4–8 letters.
A new daily puzzle and unlimited practice are available. Standard targets improve your rank; extra dictionary words earn points. There is no time limit. Member daily results are verified on the server for rankings.
Frequently asked questions
What is a pangram?
A word using all seven different letters. It earns its normal score plus 7; for an extra word the total is then multiplied by 1.5.
How is rank calculated?
Only by the proportion of standard targets found. Extra words earn points but do not affect rank or target distribution.
Where is progress saved?
Member daily games are saved to the account. Guest daily games and all practice games stay in this browser. Guest progress is not automatically imported into an account.
How do hints and finishing work?
A hint shows the first two letters and length of an unfound target. There are 3 daily hints and unlimited practice hints. Answers appear after all targets are found or you confirm an early finish.
